Nails in your Airbow Framer may have a paper issue. Some paper collated nails will deposit small amounts of paper into the guiding components of the magazine during the firing process. If you are experiencing dry fires, do not continue to fire the tool. Check to see if any paper is visible at the top of the magazine. If easily cleared, do so.
If not easily cleared, remove all nails from the magazine. Depress the safety relief valve to release pressure from the firing mechanism and then clear any pieces of paper or glue that have been deposited (refer to Clearing a Nail Jam).
Your Airbow Concrete may be low on air. This would cause the piston to not reset fully and consequently, not correctly pick up the next nail. Fill up and recock your tool and try firing again. If the problem persists, please contact Airbow.
Your Cylinder Release Valve may not be closed completely
You may have a problem with the Internal air line – Open Cylinder release valve to empty all the air from the onboard cylinder. Your tool requires inspection by the Airbow Service Team.
For “end of day” depressurising press the Safety Pressure Release button on back of gun. This will depressurise the Firing Chamber so that there is no pressure to fire a nail (You will still have pressure in the on-board canister).
To empty the entire contents of the on-board canister open the Cylinder Pressure Release valve located on the handle

Ensure the Airbow tool is topped up with compressed air. Pull back the Re-Cock Lever. Pull slowly until you feel a second movement. This will re-pressurise the Firing Chamber and enable a nail to be fired in normal operation
