Parent Company Hammerforce Achieves Key Strategic Milestones

Hammerforce continues to progress some significant strategic milestones as a business, well ahead of what was envisaged. Hammerforce has evolved at pace into an IP company that provides consulting and engineering services to companies that are interested in licensing its patent technology.

The success of Airbow, and Hammerforce’s technology, has attracted attention from various international corporates in different industries who are interested in licensing the technology. Therefore, as part of a wider strategic review which is unrelated to Covid-19, we have taken the decision to close Airbow. This means that Airbow products will no longer be available to purchase.

Our Airbow customers have been a pivotal part of the journey to enable Hammerforce to reach this milestone. We are committed to honouring our existing warranty and service obligations to our customers who have purchased Airbow products. Please click here for information.

We are very proud of the Airbow story as a small Kiwi company that has attracted global interest in its technology. The success of Airbow, in such a relatively short period of time, has enabled the company to demonstrate the commercialisation of Hammerforce’s air powered technology. We have been able to demonstrate, through winning major international awards, and customer insight and feedback from sales, the value and potential of our IP in creating disruptive products.

Moving forward, Hammerforce must now focus on its core business goals as an IP company, rather than designing, manufacturing and selling products. The future for Hammerforce, as the company looks to license its patented technology around the world, continues to be exciting.
